Well I found this thread searching about the issue and I wanted to just PERSONALLY say that yes, Xanax can, and DID help me overcome my issue with anxiety and the social aspect of it, and through the use of it, and other natural medicines such as chamomile and cannabis, *I* personally have not done the prescribed meds for over 5 years, and the cannabis is a very irregular, hit or miss thing, maybe a few times a year!

I bump this thread just to expose the topic to some people who need to read it, and also read into other threads about the same issue, and also to expose the falsity and demonicity that modern medicine can be if mis-used or mis-prescribed.
Xanax can be used if used very carefully and for a limited time... natural medicines MUST be combined with them during use ( in my humble opinion) to take the maximun desired effects. )

Unfortunately, the pharmaceutical companies would love for you to NOT believe that, or research it deeper.

That's what this post is getting at... how it's just a stepping stone, but so many people get caught up in terrible addictions and horrible pains because of it. Read into and, and DO SOME RESEARCH PLEASE!
Bring back the good ole days of natural and healing and helpful advice site wide.
