I would like to aproximate this expirience with san perdoch and syrian rue. Please give me some aproximations of how much san pedroh and s.rue will yield aprox. 100mg of haramaline/harmine and 60 mg mescaline.

And if anyone has tried it or is willing to try it, please let me know your experience.

syrian rue contains 3-7% harmaline alkaloids (including harmine and tetrahydroharmine)

san pedro varies alot, i found the number 0.82% in dry weight but its impossible to tell

For trichocereus, it is largely dependant (if you're going by dry weight) on the type of cactus flesh it is. If it's all green, you will obviously have a much better yield than if there is a bit of white in it, or as some vendors do: half white, half green.

Of good stuff, I'd say 6g of cactus would be a good place to start. With dosages that low, repeated trials should be easy and inexpensive.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but doesn't cactus (not mescaline) react violently with maoi's?

cactus contains tyramine in various degress and tyramine (a monoamine compound )should be avoidet with a MAOi, tyramine is in alot of food also probably the whole avoid to eat list for MAOi.
