Will MAOIs Help a Mescaline Trip?

I ask this because I have just under 30g of dried San Pedro, and looking around I'll be lucky if I get a threshold experience. Will adding some Syrian Rue into the mix help any?

Yes, mescaline is one of the classic substances that this is usually used with. I dunno about that whole double potency thing though. I'd save both of em to top off a mushroom trip, or when I get more cactus, but I dunno.

jonathan ott reports noticable trippy effects from 150 mg mescaline after doing up a full MAOi dose of harmine/harmaline (maybe 2.5 - 5 grams of ground syrian rue seeds, or maybe 150 - 250 mg harmine/harmaline HCl...)
(this has been discussed here at the shroomery in the past; did you UTFSE ??? and there may be some info on this combo at places like erowid or lycaeum...)
did you remeber to add the brugmansia leaf to the brew?

I tried searching but couldn't cross reference MAOI with San Pedro. And like I stated, the general consensus is that 30g will barely get a threshold trip.

I won't be adding any admixtures such as Micha. I'll be powdering the dried San Pedro and will be using with water/lemon juice.

3g of Syrian Rue it is then. Any more input?

Yes it will work personal experance there.
I done rue about 20 times and know the experance the cacti change it for the better.

But the cacti was so bad tasting i just let the rue tun it course and gave up. like drinking thick yellow vomit.

3 grams will be goodfor a light change in mind if rue alone but with cacti it will be plenty.
6 grams of rue is all i can handle to be a nice trip any more than my tummy is piss off.
Most likey you got more than 3 grams laying around i make a extract but ground up the seeds.
-simmer with h2o and white vinginer-like 2 cups h20/oz
-after 1 day the liquit should be smaller
-toss the seed or save the seed use new h2o and vinginer to make a double extraction(i make a i do this 6 times extraction and bake all the liquit together)
-strain and bake the liquit at the lowers temp of the oven like 150.
-4-10 hours latter you get a stick gue make into 1 gram balls and roll in rue powder to take off the stickness.

A exrtact will lessen the tummy troubles.

note-im typing this under the influnece of legal mind alteration drugs so dont do it.
