while shopping for food at the local supermarket I saw puffed millet while looking in the "store brand" area for some cheap breakfat cerial. PUFFED MILLET mmmmmmmmm....thats the same millet that has double the amount of nutrients of brf and is a pain in the ass to grind but now its puffed.With puffed millet there is no need to grind its cerial and cerial gets soggy when it sits but also holds mosture well. This would work super for cakes kinda like useing rye grains put easier and the mycelium could grow on everypart of every puff! any thoughts?comments?ideas? on this.
