I was wondering what the chances of contams, entering through the hole in the lid of the jars and through the vermiclite layer.
I seem to be getting this repeated problem of a light red tinge, mot very visable, but it stops the mycelium colonizing the whole cake. I try and be as sterile as possible, but still contams..
Also If a contaminated jar is left in the incubatotor, Will the air exchage cotaminte the other jars??
Anythoughts would be much appreciated.
