CASING STERILIZATION QUESTION

hELLO ALL, i IiTTLE QUESTION FOR YOU ALL. How long do i have to steralize my casing mixture in a microwave or oven(temp for oven as well). I know a PC ,is better but for right now i have no dukes. I have 10 1/2 pint jars of brf and verm, strain is b+ and a pr and should be ready to be birthed this week. Any replies would be greatly appreciated.

the faq says to microwave or to pressure cook
to be honest, i have found microwaving to result in a better case. i use 50/50+
3:3:1 peat:verm:limestone
