For some reallly mindfucking hardcore psytrance, get just about anything from Infected mushroom. Check out Arabian Nights on Mescaline, Israeli Trance Bizzaro, Roll us a giant, and the fly. Thos are my personal favs. Also check out hallucinagen, LSD. Killer song. Some other stuff that is cool tripping (if you are using this for tripping) is BT, Aphex Twin, SHPONGLE (shpongle spores is the best song ever), Massive Attack, Goa Gil, Hux Flux, there are lots of them.

"Xpander" by Sasha is the most incredible trance\techno song ever written... get the full-length 11-minute version of it... you won't be disappointed.

My previous recomendations weren't really uplifting tunes with vocals, but these are and their decent: David morales:Needin'U -the 2001mix has a vocal Delerium:Silence (Tiesto mix) Freefall:Skydive Agnelli &Nelson:everyday and these tunes might not have vocals or be uplifting but there some of the best tunes around: Leftfield:Phatplanet .......U got to hear this Manic Street Preachers:Every Thing Must Go(Chemical Brothers Remix) Azzido Da Bass:Dooms Night(Timo Mass Mix) Tijauana-Groove is in the air(Simon Pearson mix) .....this will fuck with your head The Green Martain:Industry

Anything by Gotan Project. I can't really give ya specific songs other than Sous de soulei Epoca ... I have like 60+ of their songs on my ipod.
Also Theivery corporation: Lebanese Blonde Indra Rebirth
Download as much as you can of both bands.. you'll love them. I've heard of most of the artists already listen by other people, and none of them compare to Thievery Corporation, and especially Gotan Project.
Gotan Project is from Brazil, its electronica (what you might call techno), acoustics, brazilian samba, and some french/italian stuff, and loungey music all mixed together. Really good.
I'm not just saying this, but if you download any music suggested by anyone above, and then compare it to Gotan Project, you'll know what I'm talking about.
If I had to tell you 1 artist off of this thread that is above all others, it would be Gotan Project, followed by Theivery Corporation, and then Aphex twin.
Trust me on this one Gotan Project is just what you're looking for.
