First awesome trip in a while

After clearing up some issues in my life, I decided it was time to take a journey with the mushroom again. Every time I've tripped since the first one, I've had some kind of serious anxiety. Not always necessarily a BAD trip, but never anything really solidly positive.
This was also my second solo trip. I started off the day by reading through all the wiki tripper's faq articles about anxiety and preventing bad trips. I also popped a couple of dramamine beforehand. While my 1.25 g dose was brewing, I meditated for a few minutes and practiced concentrating on my breathing.
I slowly sipped down the tea over the course of ten minutes. As I felt it starting to kick in, I left the apartment and walked up a large hill to get to this beautiful lookout over the city. Physical activity seemed to take my mind off of the come up, but as soon as I reached my destination it hit me like a train. I'm still not used to that fast paced confusion the mushrooms seem to inflict on me, but I managed to stay completely calm.
I sat and watched as the sun set over the horizon, and huge rolling dark clouds took its place. The wind was blowing hard, and it looked like a big storm was coming in. If my mind had some kind of a visualizer for what was running through it, what I was seeing couldn't have been more appropriate. It was absolutely beautiful, so I attempted to draw what I was seeing. Unfortunately, I didn't get very far before I felt a strong urge to get up and move again.
I walked back down towards my apartment, taking a slight detour through a woodsy little park on my way there. I got back into my apartment and confronted the bathroom for a leak: one of my greatest fears while on mushrooms. I start feeling claustrophobic, and this sensation can get really intense when doubled with any nausea I'm feeling along with the need to piss. I quickly got through the ordeal without too much trouble.
I put on some bob marley, and laid on my beanbag for a while. This is when things got really good. I managed to catch that wave of body energy and really enjoy it. My hands were feeling a bit lonely, so I lit a candle and started rotating it around in my hands while obsessing over every little detail worked into it. It's this blue candle with a trippy sunflower design on it, and I just couldn't get enough of it.
What did I learn this time? Meditating is a huge plus before and during the trip. Concentrating on your breathing is an amazing way to recover yourself from any anxiety. I normally panic when I feel that overwhelming body high/mindfuck combo, but simply finding the positive and riding that out solves thr problem.
The hugely positive part was the come down. I haven't been that excited about life in a long time.
I also discovered I'm even more of a pyro while tripping

Sounds like a fun time.
I've always had problems with the breathing aspect, I lose myself in the experience and forget to breath, or my breathing becomes very shallow, I'm unsure which. Either way, cold water helps me to remember, hehe.
Reading your report kinda makes me want to be more adventurous than just staying in my room during my mushroom trips.

Yeah, I definitely recommend getting into the outdoors. Especially near some trees
