Throwing up and beign convinced that you threw up part of your stomach but you can't find a phne so you resolve that you will die Any way.
Also had a friend wander the steerts in a very bad part of town tripping who thought someguy was someone else and started a fight. nto relising the otehr person had a gun and was ready to use it.
good thing not everyone was messed up.

Guys,
I can't believe some of the things I read here. Yes, I'm being judgemental. Taking 5 hits of LSD, eating 6-10 grams of shrooms! No wonder neither one of you enjoyed it. This is not like drinking a case of beer or smoking an ounce of pot. These chemicals are the strongest on the planet. Showing a bit of conservatism by upping your doses to an acceptable "strong" trip instead of going apeshit by taking "way too much", would give you a much better experience.
But youth being what it is,it's no wonder. I did some pretty foolish things when I was younger, and regretted them too.
And always, I mean always, give yourself a full days time for your trip. Could be a 4-6 hour, or may turn into an 8-12 with a few more adjustment hours. Definitely a friday or so with no work in site for 24-48 hours to recoup.
There, I'm done preaching. I'll admit to my one stupid trip where I was alone all day, peaking with extreme paranoia about every noise I heard for at least an hour.
Lawn maintainence people attacking my house with weedeaters and lawn mowers! AAAHHH! Had I known they were coming, I'd never had tripped that day.

I agree with your words of proceeding cautiously...but just realize (and I know it's not the case in the above instances) some people simply need higher doses to achieve the same levels of experience that other trippers only need a little bit to experience. Personally when I would trip on LSD I would never trip if I just ate 1-3 hits of blotter (or just one drop of liquid). I always needed 4-5 blotter/2-3 drops of liquid to have a trip. I don't know why...just how my body is. Even with weed I find I always need a few extra hits to take off when everyone else passing the bowl only took one or two hits to get to Jupiter. But this doesn't mean I just scarf down tons of stuff when I decide to trip.
I'm tripping this weekend on my Mazatapecs and in the past I've tried cubes 3 different times (the first two times I split an 8th with a buddy and the 3rd/final time I ate a whole 8th) and I never tripped. Either I got old/bunk shrooms all 3 times (which I don't think happened on the first time...cause the dude I tripped with that night said they were good to him) or I have a naturally high tripping threshold. I'm planning on 4 grams of my shroom powder for my first trip. I'll only take up to a total of 5 grams though total for the experience...if I'm still not feeling anything by an hour after eating the 4 grams I'll take 1 more...if I still don't trip...I'll give up on shrooms. I have a friend in Iowa in a similar situation...he always has to eat like 7 grams dried or more to trip on dried cubes...but when they're fresh he trips balls off smaller doses. It would indeed suck if I could only trip off fresh mushies like my buddy...but I'll take whatever comes my way. 
Sorry for the ramble...I just woke up and sometimes forget that this should have been a small reply. LOL The curse of typing at 96wpm.

The worst thing thats ever happened while tripping is when i was on 3 hits of blotter acid, i ventured out into my friends backyard woods and got lost for 2 hours. The whole time i was saying "What is this!!!" "What the fuck is that!!!!". And i also stepped on a beeshive that was under the ground and got stung like 8 times while tripping. The worst pain is when i finally went inside to see that my arm had stings all over it and thats when i went insane and jumped in the shower with all my clothes on.

Try eating 4 teddy grahams with two drops of liquid on each and then having some mean looking fucker with a gun come over and start shit with your friend saying he is going to kill him because he thinks your friend is some other person, and then when they get it all cleared up that your friend isnt the person hes looking for and the guy leaves. Having people tell you that you were the guy he was looking for and as soon as he finds that out hes gonna be back.
