I need some advice, FAST!!!

Ok guys, everything seems to be getting better, they're growing much more rapidly since I cut the humidity back and started more 02 exchange.

But, there's a big problem:
The pinning was VERY uneaven, yes, I know what I did wrong, and I'm going to correct for it next time. But, the pinset now is horrible. One has grown to about 6 inches, and the viel has broken. However, there's still a bunch of primordia forming. So, would it hurt the casing to harvest individual fruits (btw, the casing was done so that there are patches of mycileum all over the casing, not one continuous mycilial layer)? Also, the fully matured one is right next to about 5 small ones--they're all connected by a large base of mycileum. How should I go about removing the large one, while still saving the others?

I hate to hastle you guys, but I need some help quick, as time is very important at this stage of development.

use a sharp knife or scalpel. Its not *that* big of a deal dormit.

It is a big deal. If it's not cut properly, it could start rotting. Is it advisable to cut into the clump of mycileum growing at the base (with other primordia), or should I cut above it?

cut as low as possible without damaging surrounding tissue. It shouldnt rot unless youve left a substantial amount of stem.
