primordia formation vs. cropping - 2 tubs 2 phases, help!

Question: What would someone do with two bulk containers in different stages, one in primordia formation and and the other in cropping, and only one fruiting chamber?

Temperature requirements for these two phases is the same, but not humidity. Air exchange, CO2 levels, light levels and type, are also all the same.

Humidity! Arg!
Primordia Formation: 95-100%
Cropping: 85-92%

Which theoretical casing would it be best to accomodate the RH to? The cropping or the primordia formation?

The monkey who performed this dramatic skit for me will now claim that Primordia Formation of future tub is most important, and gladly jumps up and down squashing bananas under it's feet.
