Copy questionnaire from the 2nd post on this thread and paste it on your post (then answer the questions) to help us help you!

Many times when I read a post I will see a question about problems people have while cultivating some tasty shrooms for themselves. Many times rather than see a potential answer from several people we find even more questions.
I feel that if people with a question would fill out the following questionnaire it would help other more experienced growers help him/her out without having to ask so many questions.
Please let me know what ya think of this questionnaire.
If i missed important aspects of the basics of cultivation please post them so that I may add them to this questionnaire.

most of this will help with the "why no fuzzy white stuff or shrooms yet?" posts as well as "could i have a contam?"...i understand that every situation is different and there is no way to know exactly what is going on but i feel this would help some for the new growers who are watching the myc grow :grin:

Mushie Grower Questionnaire for incubating spawn or PF jars.

1: What strain are you growing?


2: Are you using multispore or LC?


3: How long since you inoculated?


4: What did you use for your substrate?


5: What sterilization methods did you use? PC or Fractional and how long?


6: Are you using an incubator? What is the temp inside the incubator? If not, what is the temp in the room where they are incubating?


7: Do the jars look overly wet or dry?


Please post pics if you can.

4: What ratio did you use?


5: How long since you spawned or birthed?


6: What did you use for casing, if any?


7: What temp is it inside your incubator or FC?


8: What tek are you using for humidification? What is the RH inside your FC?


9: Do you see potential signs of contamination?

i like that it's a very good idea... needs more q's though for different steps, like casing questionair and spawning and a fruiting and so on.
