They will last just as long as they would at room temp...IF dried and sealed properly. Which is a VERY long time.

Dried shrooms do not need to be in the refrigerator....

Once dried like a cracker place in a air tight container in a dark place...

i'm gonna JACK your thread here (sorry)...

HOW LONG WILL -FRESH- SHROOMS LAST IN THE FRIDGE, SAY - IN A ZIPLOC BAG???

only reason i ask is my old drying fans are at another house right now, and i'm waiting for my Nesco Dehydrator to be mailed to me. i only have a couple in the fridge and they've been there for a couple days now... they haven't started turning blue or any other colors yet...

you don't want them in a ziplock, they can get slimy I believe

Paper bag is the best bet, 3-5 days or so......
