An online annoyance: When you're chatting with someone (or even in the midst of explaining a piece of software they got) when they suddenly drop offline in 1 second "gtg, bye" and you find out later that they simply went to bed. A chat is a conversation - you just dont walk out on someone, especially when you're helping them late at night :mad:

People who quickly discard chats without easing out :thumbdown:

uh, i used to work at a grocery store for $6.75/hour.
i admit it wasnt the best of life, but there are many people who live like this.
but yea, its just common coutesy to tip. nothin to have a fit over either though...

If a tip was expected from everyone no matter what, then the average tip value may as well just be added to the bill so that you can stop pretending that you're entitled to something that you're not.

It can be frustrating. Did we do something wrong? Were we inattentive? Were we bothersome? Was it somethng beyond our control?

Why didn't they say something?

The food was terrible.
The music was too loud.
I didn't get what I ordered.
I need a refill.

If you voice your complaint and don't leave a tip, that's fine...but I'm doing my best to make you happy, and there is no tip, I'm left wondering where I fucked up and how to avoid that situation in the future when my rent is due.

When people leave their fucking garbage on cafeteria tables, bus seats, on other people's coffee tables, etc.

When people walk three or four abreast in hallways. I fantasize about giving them a huge bodycheck in the back. In my mind it seems justified.

When people who only talk about what's wrong with everything. Fucking kill yourself already.

When people insert "fuck" or"fucking" in every sentence.

When people swear in front of kids.

When people bitch about their exes.

When people listen to headphones so loud I can hear them in the library. WTF are they doing in the library?
