Why say anything? You left your stuff lying around, and now you've lost it. If you had left it on a park bench the result would be the same. It sucks but that's life. That should teach you to be more careful in the future.

I'm sorry if this sounds harsh, but that's how I see it. If you fuck up, pay the price and take the loss like a man.

dude, theres a difference between a park bench an his own room... (happened in his room right?)

and theres a difference froma thief and/or bum and his own family.

strike em down and take whats yours! just like if you saw the guy in the park take your shit, youd chase em down and knock em out right? well there ya go

I'm not a native speaker of english, but as far as I can tell that means he left it on the toilet, which I assume is a shared space within the household. His dad is still an asshole for taking it and smoking it himself, but when you do something in secret, the first rule is to keep it secret and not leave it lying around.

If I have misunderstood these points, then I apologize for jumping to conclusions, if not, then I stand by the opinion expressed in my post.

I'd just be like "Why are you mad? Can't we smoke together?"

Acid doesn't give you truths; it builds machines that push the envelope of perception. Whatever revelations came to me then have dissolved like skywriting. All I really know is that those few years saddled me with a faith in the redemptive potential of the imagination which, however flat, stale and unprofitable the world seems to me now, I cannot for the life of me shake.
