growing shrooms on campus

hey everyone. i just read psilocybin mushrooms of the world, where stamets said that shrooms grow best on well tended landscapes, like the ones in front of libraries, gov't buildings and college campuses. i would like to try "seeding" my campus with spores, maybe not even to harvest and eat them, but just to help the spread of psilocybin mushrooms throughout the world. i'd like some advice. what time of year should i spread the spores around. is it even advisable in my climate? (im in south florida) north s e or w side of buildings, etc. thanks

grow them indoors, than dump the expired cakes in the college yard..
