Casing problems please help me!!!

Ok I have about 15 casings set up via Sea of shrooms tek. They are a combo of B+ and Golden Teacher. Right now they are in the prepinning phase... the top casing is getting myco grown on it... and it had been doing that for a while...

Recently growth just stopped on basiclly all of them... if there has been growth I cant tell.

Anyways... before I had them covered with alumnium foil and pocked air holes in it. Then I realized what a fool I was for doing that because they were already in complete darkness for the prepinning phase.. I did not realize this until several days after I had covered them with foil. So I take the foil off and just leave them. The air temp is always at least 80 and humidity is always at least 90 and I am guessing to say it is above 95%. Anyways after I took the foil off they have seemed to stop growing.. the temp and humidity have stayed the same...

What could be the problem? They are in complete darkness...
I have the right conditions as explained in the http://www.fungifun.f2s.com/GROWTH_PARAMETERS.htm

I dont see any contams...
Two of the casings looked ready to expose to light to initiate pinning and those have done nothing but sit there for about 3 days as well. :( I have about a air temp of 70 and a humidity of at least 90% at the very least.

Am I just being paranoid?

AHHH!H!!!H!H!H!H!H!H!H!H!HH!H! HELP!
