A little bit of rot shouldnt hurt. I got a little rot from too much humidity and they were fine. As long as it's not all nastified.

before i harvested it, it had a black soft spot in the middle of the cap, as i dryed it, it became a black hole, yes it was nastified. ive already tossed it
