i can tell you one thing, that the realestate boom that happened thie summer is now over, and will not return for a long time.... and that is a legally qualified opinion

as for some speculation, which many people agree with me on, is that the united states and world economy are on somewhat of a slow down at the moment, and i would be very careful with investments.

Find a rich neighborhood and buy the cheapest house. Then remodel...
OR..

Find a rich looking house in the country and move in next door with a doublewide.

Buy land around new schools. (underconstruction) Lots of times you can find schools in the middle of nowhere with the housing developements... undeveloped.

a broad range of investments is your best idea...

it really depends on the amount of $$ you have, too..

investing in ideas/start-ups is risky but can pay off well...

i made a little money off of longterm investments in companies like johnson&johnson and American Home Products.. companies that are pretty stable due to their established product base... and usually growing due to their research departments.

trading futures is an exciting but volatile form of investment....

research everything from penny stocks to private investing... form a plan that utilizes several different investment medium w/in your budget...
