In plant form? yes you will if you want it enough. you might throw up or need to do an extraction but you will still have a nice trip.

Not sure about the powder becasue most mescaline whether it is extracted from a cactus or produce syntheitically in a lab is usulally a long white silvery sliver cyrstal. Making a hydrochloric salt.
