Feeding my ego...
    #4982568 -

I think that's all I ever do.

I talk to myself frequently in my head....and a lot of times it's negative or positive self talk about myself.

I'm tired of going back and forth feeling like the worste to the best person on the planet.

I almost feel like I'm being driven crazy.

I just want to feel normal....or atleast be able to detach myself when I get into those moods.

Essentially you are your ego.

To lose ego completely you must be dead.

I can't really explain well what I'm trying to say here,

but I think the ego drives everypart of your body and mind in this world. You're desire to understand IS the ego!

I think you need to meditate, you will feel more centered as you learn how your ego has grasp of every aspect of what you know as 'you'.

Good luck.

it is like a moebius
which may look like a figure 8 donut
but only one side
only one edge
like the Worm of Ourobouros
feeding itself from its own tail (a standing wave pattern)

fortunately there are no missing nutrients as the feeding and the consuming are coincident and of the same material.

the best is when you can generate a sense of healing which pervades your whole mysterious sense of being a worm whose mouth and tail are one fabric and that might even be a contagious magical thing to do.
