just had to tell someone at work to stop sexualy harassing the women

so i emailed him through myspace, basicaly he's just getting a little too close, and stuff like poking them in the sides and such, but a few people were telling me about it... so i write this email to him

word on the street is that you've been a bit too touchy feely with a few of the girls at work. not just one either, a few people have said something. basicaly just getting a little too close for comfort

and then it seems even too "creepier" that you've got an allstar staff of the younger girls pushing for you

none of them want to say anything, cause its something people usualy get fired for, but moreover just have a hard time saying stop. it might seem all fun and everything, but seriously, they dont like it.

i told em all i'd talk to you about it and they seemed VERY relived the someone was going to say something... if it was the normal smack talk on craig i wouldnt have really cared, but they seemed way too eager to get it to stop.

one of them thought it necessary to point out that "it's only gonna take that one time on someone's bad day..."

so i guess to sum it all up, just dont get too flrity or close or pokey with the people at work... i'd hate to have to hear about how you got fired for something stupid... and i would also hate to have to tell steve about it if i see it going on, cause i will.

oh, and dont ask anybody "hey, it doesnt bother you......? " cause that is pretty tramatic for a woman to answer on the spot (classic sexual harassment case, women will say no and it will continue).. and embarassing as hell (same reason i didnt talk to you in person)

what do you guys think? good move? shoulda talked in person? gone about it a different way?

i've been meaning to talk to him, but he's in another part of the building all day for the past 3 weeks, cause they have a new lead that's in training... dont have enough time to stop him and lay it down...

plus he's super emotional some days, like a freakin lame-o
