ever heard of this tek?

I recently expressed my interest in a tek listed here on the shroomery called uncle lazo's mycelium culture syringe tek. It was suggested by another member that I should try a tek called anno's mycelium culture tek instead. Anyone have any info on these two teks and also do you know where I could find info on the so called anno's tek?

you know, instead of using rye, you could just grind a pf cake into a fine powder then use a little spoonful of it to kickstart your liquid, as per anno's tek.
