it most likely because he has been working there longer, very fucked up, I have never been that cruel to an animal in my life.
That is fucked up because the place is about caring for pets not abusing them.
I think you should find someone to go kick his ass like he did that dog...atleast just as much..it is only fair! :evil: :smirk:

I needed another submersible aquarium heater for yet another Tub in Tub incubator.

I know the manager and a few people that work there pretty good.
It was slow there...so I asked them what they would do in your situation.

they said...

Call the Animal Control people in your area and file a complaint against him...
he won't be able to work with animals ever again!~

Call the police...(but I don't like this suggestion...I hate dealing with them).

Call Corporate for PetSmart and get them involved.

If Corporate of PetSmart drags their feet on this...call the Better Business Bureau.

If Corporate shows up to investigate...which they should by all rights.
Tell them which employees saw this guy abuse the animals and they will interview them.

No one will be fired besides this dog abuser...PetSmart will have to deal with  class action law suits against them if they do.
And they don't want that!~

The manager also said this...
If someone will abuse an animal like this...he probably wouldn't think twice about hurting a human being too.
In Washington State he said...this guy would be looking at a felony.

He also said to fill out an application at Petco!~

I think she should do it, I would be pissed if i seen someone do that to a dog, I am not an animal activist, but i like pets enough that I can tell they dont deserve abuse like that!

same here. when ever i see someone hurt an animal i get PISSED (especially a dog)!!!

i mean really, an animal cant fight back like a person can. most of them just suck it up and take the beating, but worst of all they cant tell ppl about it...

yea I like dogs too..they cant really fight back unless it is a big dog.. but true they cant tell anyone about it.. very cruel! it makes sence why they do have laws about animal cruelity.

Elly, you mentioned there are OTHER employees who HAVE witnessed him abuse animals.

Make this explicit in EVERY single one of your assessment of the situations to others, e.g. the manager, lawyer, police, owners of the pets.

When it comes down to it, and those other employees see that they're not alone, they're safe and have a team on their side, they shouldn't be so afraid to come forth.

And when you have SEVERAL people on your side - against the word of ONE guy - then you're pretty much secured.
