That's seriously fucked up the way that they are handling this.

While I understand that you need a job right now, and don't want to get fired, in your shoes, I would give my 2 weeks notice, end on decent terms so you can ask for a good recommendation, and go work someplace where they don't stand for their groomers to beat the fuck out of helpless animals and use the whole "it's your word against his" bullshit strategy.

That's a load of crap.

You by all means SHOULD contact the owners, SHOULD contact the media, and maybe even consider getting yourself a good lawyer. You could probably find one to handle your case for free, if the media got involved and they knew they were going after a sizeable corporation like petsmart.

Please let us know how this turns out.

So many of you suggest hurting the guy... don't you think that's kind of contradictory? Just my opinion: that makes you just a bad as he is. Anyway you were probably joking.

People are just afraid of conflict. The manager probably feels for your situation but doesn't want to take charge of the situation.

And it is not so simple as going talking again and again to the manager... believe me this will tire you out and make her deaf to your words. At this point in time the best thing to do would be to get others to say the same sort of things... so there is enough people to bring him down.

I remember your last post. This guy has problems, be careful.

I don't think that hurting the guy would make anyone just as bad as him. There's a huge, distinct difference between beating someone up who's causing serious harm to a small defenseless dog, and being a psycho groomer who beats up shit-zus.

I don't mean to derail the thread but I don't see the difference. In both cases violence is being enacted against another being. I'm sure the evil pet groomer doesn't like being beat up any more than the dogs do. All it does is add more violence to the picture.

the difference is about 3 years, beating a dog may get you 90 days and some fines
beating a human will get you prison time
