I hope this will wake alot of people up. I only made 14 trades. If I had been dealing I would never been able to figure out who the informant was.

This hobby of ours must be keep to ourselfs. To many mouths running will get the shit deep fast. I personal know this. I was very lucky to have money put away. A great lawyer cost$$$.

I've got a new computer. I'll any questions. Hope I can help others keep out of the HELL I going through.

i had a friend go down recently in TX for 98 chocolate mushrooms. some one ratted to the cops that he had some, and were they ever surprised to find 98 or them. well the most important lesson here, is this part about "adulterants and dilutants." they took the wieght of all of the chocolates, about 450 grams, though there was only about 150 gms of mushroom. thats how it works. i think if they caught you while growing, they could weigh your casings, cakes, jars, ect, and charge you with that weight.
something to think about when dealing with your mushrooms.
my friend got 10 years of probation, $10,000 fine, mandatory NA meetings, and other bullshit recovery programs. thats serious boys and girls. be careful, most people in the world are blind.

Thanks for the story, I've been waiting to hear it. I'm glad it didnt turn out so bad. I remember, they told me the judge wanted to make an example of me too, they always seem to like to do that. Good luck on the rest of things.

You know what guys this brings up a very large subject. This is total bullshit what society is doing to people. Here we are good people. We aren't trying to fuck anyone, but they can't leave us alone. I hate the fucking man. As soon as I can I am moving out of this shit hole of a country. It is pathetic. If you get caught growing shrooms in any amount they will through you in jail for a long time. You will probably go to jail longer than somebody that murdered someone. It sickens me. I don't know why the damn gov't can't just let us do what we want. As long as we aren't hurting anyone else. I can't even find a reason why shroom are illegal anyways. It isn't like they pose a problem. The U.S. is getting to be ridiculous about these types of things. They say we are free but we aren't. Our freedoms are slipping away. Ever since 9/11 it has been getting worse. I think that we all need to rally together and try to change the way things are going. Drug laws in the U.S. are out of control and need to be stopped.

Its not over yet scat. Have not made it to probation (a few more weeks) and they think since I got a sweet heart deal I should work as an informant. I got this sweet heart deal because they don't want their shit to be spread out in public and thats what trail would of done. The investigator called today but I want talk to him without my lawyer. I'm very nicely going to tell them to go fuck themselves. If they leave me alone I want go around talking about their informants.

I wonder if you could agree to become an informant... make sure you read the "contract" first, and then if the conditions allow it, you could agree, and then develop "memory problems", you know, when you "do too much drugs" it can have severe consequences on your "ability to remember things".

Of course if that can be interpreted as being uncooperative, and have negative consequences for you, dont do that...

Let me start by saying thanks for sharing your experience with all of us.  That's one pretty intense bump on the ride of life.  I just read all the pages and I am happy to hear that you didn't have to do any time.  It's good you didn't flee the country after all. :wink: lol  I also like how you posted pics so others can avoid that pond scum that nearly ruined your life.  Goes to show ya, don't trust anyone when it comes to this crap.  Well I hope your recovering from this crap and things can only get better at this point man.  I truly wish you the best of luck!

No but I have told the probation dept. I bought my spores off the net. They didn't know spores were legal. I will have to do some kind of drug rehab. I do have ins . Checking out what they will cover. most likey will get off easy on this to. Worse case drug rehab(in Texas)year in local jail waiting to go to a boot camp type drug rehab.

No but its my word against the investigator's.I know a judge will always take the cops word. Don't know about a jury. Was always going to admit to growing(they got all my shit) but was not selling.That language has been droped. I'm only being charge with growing.

I was arrested and charged with a felony once. I was NEVER given the Miranda rights. My lawyer said it didn't really matter and it was my word against the cops... Either way it was dismissed...
