can i use spores to somehow innoculate my jar because to find syringes out here is like impossible? any way i want to just use the spores for innoculation some how? is it possible?

Well, you could use an eye dropper in place of a syringe, but it wouldn't be as steril.

I have seen in some stores syringes for turkeys and the such, flavor-syringes or whatnot. I didn't look at them too closely, but if you go to Walmart or the such, I suggest looking into them to see if they are suitable for innoculation.

when my cat first started growing, she had recieved a print as a gift from amsterdam. she didnt have a syringe, so she went to the lechters down the street (lechters sells house wares for anyone that doesnt know this, or have a lechters near them) and found a marinade syringe, which is used to inject marinades into meats. worked like a charm,

Can't you make a syringe??? You will probably have your own spores and you will have to do it.

Another idea would be to check out those Syringes that are used to fill your Ink Cartridge for your printer.. I think they woud work..

My very first jars were innoculated 5 with dried mycelium and 5 with a spore print. Just scraped some off with an xacto knife and dropped them in..... Worked fine.

i have made a syringe before and it worked great. went to Rite-aid (drugstore) and asked for a syringe w/ a needle. they basically laughed at me and said i couldnt get one w/o a Rx. i was like well do you have any w/o needles; and thy gave me a 10cc oral syringe with a plasic tip like the ones that come on the tecumo (pardon spelling) syringes from sporeworks. i went in my basement and got a 1/16" brass tube and cut it to about 6" and fit it in there real tight then superglued it so it wouldnt move. it was working awesome cos teh needle was so long and i was trying quart jars but when i stuck the needle in teh flame on my stove to flame it simnce it was soft brass it always bent when red hot. plus one time when flaming it i touched the plastic syringe to the bottom of the pan of boiling water and it melted a little hole in it. worked awesome tho.
