a few questions about spore syringes.

when mixing the water from the syringe to the spores into a shot glass, how much water should i expell from the syring into the glass, the entire syringe worth isn't neccessary is it?, also how long should i wait after flame sterilzizing the blade for scraping the spores off the print, and flaming the syring needle?

Just shoot out all the water. The worst thing it will do is allow you to get more spores into the syringe.

here's what i do. flame needle, squirt water into glass which cools needle, use needle to scrape spores into glass. The spores that stick to the needle will wash off into the glass. Easy as pie!
