A wolverine I know is looking for some good recipes for PF jar substrates. He is using hulled barly, rye grain, quinoa, millet, brown rice, etc... He wants some field tested recipes from experienced mammals so let's give him a hand. What is your best recipe?

what your mentioning is along the lines of the alien substrate.. in the back of TMC there is a listing of nutrient content of just about anything you would use.. look at it.. try grain if you have it, and have had previous success (and of course a good PC).
