is rye grain good for all strains?

hello, just wondering, I am using a rye grain , with compost/verm TEK
of course you spawn the grain first, anyways , is rye grain spawning good for all types of shrooms? or do some types work better with different means of colonization?

yes. Some SPECIES may do a little better on something like rye grass seed (different from rye grain). But since you said strain, I assume you meant cubensis. All strains of cubensis do great on such a tek.
