Kabbalah Energy Drink

I've seen a bunch of ads for this stuff lately. Does anyone else see anything wrong w/ this, or is it just me? I mean...trying to sell your sugar-laden drink by using jewish mysticism?

If I were to market a spiritual energy drink to the Buddhist crowd, I would design the can to have this exact logo on it:

I was once left a bottle of "Kabbalah Water" and a packet of red string and a booklet in Hebrew along with an invitation to visit the local Kabbalah Center. I have not seen the energy drink, but those Kabbalah Centers are Jewish cult phenomena. I speak from a Jewish background (lest someone jump on me for being antisemitic) and in the cultic 70s, a huge number of members of the Moonies, Krishnas and other groups were spiritually bereft Jewish kids. Now, one does not have to go lusting after strange gods and false messiahs - a Jewish cult selling $30 sessions and multihundred dollar programs can be purchased. BAH!

Kinda funny... but I don`t see why it`s such a big deal.

So they named their drink Kaballah... what exactly is the harm? Is god going to smite us all for unholy behavior? Or are a bunch of people just going to get offended and whine a bit and then everyone moves on and forgets about it, and life remains exactly the same for everyone, everywhere?

That`s what I thought.

kaballah itself has very little to do with the hyper up fad it has become. just like christianity, just like zen, just like anything people become a part of really. blame the people, it's what i do best. i still love the people though. dunno why, but i just can't stop loving the people. fucking people.

hell ill drink kabbalah if it tastes good however if it tastes like shit than i wont. Maybe it will replace my red bull.
