You can leave at any time. When has the US government refused to let someone leave this country and patriate somewhere else? Sure some things are bad in the US of A, but I think you'd be hard pressed to find a "free-er" country around the world.

Yes, the MS-13 gang is mainly composed of illegal aliens from South America. The LEO's I talk with from DC and Northern VA say that this gang is the main problem in their gang units. Very violent, very organized and they are into all sorts of things. An article I read awhile back stated that Al Qaida might use MS-13 to smuggle a nuke into America via the Mexican border. As I said, it wouldn't take much to seal our border. A good strong fence with concertina wire at thet op would be a great first step.

Actually I have found a more free country, and moved there.

And when you leave, there is a high chance that in order to gain citizenship, you have to let the American government release you. You have to give you're fingerprints and wait approval. So yes, yes you do have to ask permission, and you're treated like a criminal.

Now I can smoke pot in the streets, and not have a person bother me. (Sounds a lot more free, then when me and my wife would get Cops in the southeast United States harass us because we had unnatural color hair.)

(Literally... I mean turn on sirens and whip around the road to talk to us as we where walking home, more then once, with some different made up reason each time.))

But my point in that quote is that these people are taking those hobgoblins WAY to seriously.

So what maybe a couple thousand Amerikkkan citizens die every like half a decade because of terrorism. I think its ten thousand times worse for the remaining [EDIT.. 300 fucking MILLION] people to live in government issued fear for the next half decade.

Fuck I'm 100 times more worried about American obesity related illnesses, then I am terrorists. That shit kills WAY more people.

Well then I guess maybe this boarder patrol thing might be a good idea, it would get all these fat ass blow hards walking at least.

All you have to do is renounce your citizenship. Send a letter to the State Department and it's done. Maybe it's more in depth than that, but if you'll read my post I asked for an example of some time they DENIED someone expatriation.

That was an individual or a group of police. No laws here regulate hair color.

MacArthur was an excellent military leader, and a horrific person in real life.

I love this method of PA&L debate. Basically someone makes a point, then others dissects each individual phrase and ignore said point.

My POINT is, yes, every once in a while some religious (or other kinda) fundamentalist is going to go bomb something because there brain is broken and they are evil and twisted.

But when it was a white Christian doing it (Oklahoma city) no one was searching for the evil white men under there beds half a fucking decade later.

These guys are taking the hobgoblins WAY to seriously. The government has severally played up the importance, severity, and numbers of these people in order to gain more political power.

Each and EVERY alien who is here illegally is commiting a crime. EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THEM. I don't care if they are blowing up buildings, selling drugs, or simply working here illegaly and sending US money back across the border. Their act of crossing the border is malle men se (I hope I didn't fuck up my latin there). It's illegal on face value. All of them are criminals.

I don't see anything in the Constitution about drug users being criminal? I do see that it talks about protecting ourselves from invaders.

I don't see anything in the Constitution about murderers being criminal either. I'm fairly sure the Constitution left such matters to the states.

Their are legit ways to come to the US. If they aren't following those, they are violating the laws. Drug use, per se, doens't hurt anyone. Illegal immigration does.

Fair enough, but I would say the problem there lies in the way we tax. This problem could be avoided if we had something like a national sales tax, or (my preferred method) taxing land values.
