Contams?

well I think my B+ cake has been contaminated. My cakes were slowing down when it came to colonizing the bottom, so i flipped them cuz i thought they might be getting too warm, when i flipped the B+ cake and came back later to check on the temp i noticed something was different about it. Upon closer inspection i found it had sort of deflated? well it kind of flattened out in a way, well half if it is drooping down.. I thought it looked kind of wet in there but I also felt it looked healthy.. if pics will help just ask, i have a high quality digi cam..

Sounds fine. Cakes can develope pockets of air inside them. Sounds to me that you just popped one. Just give it the old smell check.

My cakes recently did something simlar, I think, but I thought it was just because the substrate compressed. Post some pics, but if there is no discoloration it seems like you should be in the clear.

Oh yea, forgot about the good ol' smell test for bacteria. I'm not so worried now, thanks so much guys, saved me from a heart attack. I tried to get a pic but i'm cleaning my house right now and I can't really spend too much time messing with this camera, thanks though, i'll sniff my cakes when they are born.
