I'm sure it's pot, but it's worthless ditchweed. I could take you for a two hour drive and show you well over a billion pot plants. Pretty much every stream, pasture and railroad track in MN, WI, IA, & NE is covered with 4 to 10 foot hemp plants. I went for a ride sunday and saw a pasture thak was nothing but 10 footers with little cow paths between them.

And thats interesting that you can find hemp plants everywhere like that. I'd leave ditchweed alone even. Not worth picking up.

Probably dank anyways if it was weed. There are tons of pot growing along river systems and railroad tracks where I am from. None of them are even as good as Mexican swag. It grows near railroads because in the old days they used to ship mass quantities of hemp by rail, and the seeds would shake out of the car.
