I wouldn't recommend taking X at all if you have any sort of heart problems. X can really put a load on the cardiovascular system.....

X is a pretty serious drug. A friend of mine with no known health problems had a seizure when he took it. At least 25 other people we knew had taken those same pills with no complications, so you really never know. From my personal experience, X makes your heart race. I have used high doses of caffeine and ephedrine and it was nothing compared to what ecstasy did to my heart rate. I got so worried about having a heart attack that I couldn't even completely enjoy the experience.

Get MDMA and reduce the risk of problems ten fold anyway.

Most pills have several different chemicals in them that could have any effect.

A person could die because they happened to be allergic to the binding materials used or anything.

I wouldn't take X (or even pure MDMA) if you have heart problems. It does put quite a bit of strain on your heart.

If you DO decide to take some anyway, PLEASE take a SMALL dose to start out. I'm talking half a pill AT MOST. You may not get the full effects, but you also won't get the full effect on your heart - which may give you some breathing room to see if MDMA is too much for your heart or not. IF everything seems fine, you may be able to move up to a whole dose....but I wouldn't go beyond that. I would also COMPLETELY stay away from the re-dosing later on in the night.

MDMA is metabolized in the body into an ACTIVE amphetamine, so even as the MDMA is wearing off you start to feel speed-like effects (though not nearly as strong as actual speed) and those effects are pretty strong on the heart.

I would still recommend that you stay away from MDMA (and all other stimulants) completely if you have heart problems.

Donno... but MDMA is a pretty strong stimulant... the few times I have tried it, my heart was pounding. The real question to ask yourself, "Is it worth a considerable risk of death to feel good for a few hours?" Educate yourself, weight the risks, and make an informed decision... personally, I wouldn't chance it... but you have to decide for yourself.
