Hey, anbody in the Mississauga/toronto area know where to get rye? i called many stores and they dont have.

fungi perfecti sells it , but its 50 lb's for the smallest and i think it 30 $and another 30$ for s&h. Kenobi

Get their number through 411 or the book. You can get 40kg (88lb) bags for $20. That's enough for 105 qrt jars or 20 FP bags. That's the smallest qts they sell, so bring a car. Call first, you may need to be a registered business or know a buddy who has registered. Registration is only $70, well worth it if you plan on using a lot of rye.

Im in toronto, i just go to Noahs health food stores located everywhere. Ask the salesladies (peace to the yonge and eglinton honeys) and they will hook you up.
