yea the DEA really dosent care about some punk kid growing a few schrooms so you can eat them with soem friends. But they may care about growing 100 lbs, just lay the spores in there place and let nature take its course. Why cant i eat a muschroom in peace? Why cant i pick up my club and beat some ho over the head and take her back to my cave? Its called civilation and we must all be civilized the modern way. Dont eat mushrooms you will trip and have a fun time.

I've got a few pm's on this.

Just wanted to clear somethings up.

You would use grain, no doubt about it.  The HARDEST part of this, is creating enough spawn.  You need to use a nice amount in order to ward off contams in the logs.  Faster they colonize, the less time the contams have to take over.

FOR THE CHEAP ASSES (;)), I would be posting my cheap, no contam, no glovebox, KARO TEK soon.  Just want to make sure it's fairly legit before I lead people on.

One syringe from a good vendor, should make (in theory of course) at least 500cc's of mycelium ready to tear ass through your quart jars.  This will take the time down quite a bit in the overall aspect.  500cc's is more than enough to produce 20 logs.

Here's the math,

One 10cc Syringe, known good, from a vendor.
My KARO tek, no glove box needed, no contams, NO TRICH.
500cc's of solution.
50syringes.
2-3cc's per quart jar.
30 3ft. straw logs, taking 6 jars a piece for good spawn times.

Take 4-5 days off your quart jars colonization times, when using this "steroid" mycelium solution.  14-18days for the log to colonize, a week to pin decently, a week to grow.

Take your 30 spent logs, make one helluva outdoor garden, get another few wet pounds out of them.

Simple math.  Will it work?  Anyone want to log someting like this?

Ths above, is to eliminate a glovebox needed to do G2G.

It all works the same, but a glovebox is a nice extra step, and a decent one is a fairly big investment, at least one proven to work.

Surprised nobody mentioned poo for bulk....sure would beat having to PC 1000lbs. of corn. You could cut it down to 200lbs. if you used poo.

Yea, you'd use poo in my picture. The way I see it, from what I have read, that lab pictured could produce, at maximum capacity, 120lb. dry in a flush, give or take? I think anyway, seems like alot, but just reading the double tub tek, thats what I figure.

I can see that the serious growers stayed away from answering this because it's a foolish question.....BUT...if I were to do it, I would use grain>poo>superspawn(poo). The growroom is easy for anyone to figure out. Alll this talk about corn and double tubs is foolish. I am going under the assumption that you are talking 100lbs dry. 100lbs wet is easy to grow and in that case maybe the tubs is a viable option but not the easiest.

Step 1: Rent a place in Holland.
Step 2: Rent a Chemical Engineer and some Mycologist.
Step 3: Beat Chemical Engineer and Mycologist with sticks until they do your job for you.

Seriously though, this is a project that you would have to spend some serious time on and you would know enough to not have to ask this question.
