Shroom powder in coffee maker?
    #4360974 -

Would you be able to make mushroom tea by putting powdered shrooms where the coffee grounds would go? The only reason why I wouldn't see this working would be because of the temp.

The temp wouldnt be a problem but the short duration would. You need more time to steep for extraction than what a coffee maker would provide. :gd_icon:

Grind them and put them in a tea filter or strainer for 10 minutes, in the cup I mean.
It's okay in water that has just finished boiling, temperature wise.

Well that would be easy enough to fix. All you would have to do is run the same water through it 2or3 times. I'l have to try it sometime and see how it works.

Yes, the heat wouldn't be that bad, but you need to jerry-rig some kind of teabag to put the powder in, so it can steep in the water for a long time.
