I know I have found this somewhere, but can't locate it now. I want to find out how to use capsules to ingest the powder. I need info on the board that the capsules sit in when packing, everything. Thanks!

Your can always go and buy a capsule filler from an herbal shop. They sell them for all sizes of capsule, and you can fill up to 50 capsules at a time with them.
