    #434435 - 10/23/01 05:48 PM (24 years, 1 month ago)

AFOAF birthed 10 cakes 8 days ago, the terrarium has lots of perlite and is misted and aired out 3-5 times a day. light is given about 3 hours a day. After 8 days, there are still no pinheads, is this normal? also, white fluffy stuff has been growing off the cakes, is this cobweb mold or just new mycelium? please help, i want these cakes to be ok!!

lol you silly, of course its mycelium. Before pinning, that sort of mycelium starts growing. Happy shrooming :)

my friend's dog groomer would probably give them more light, and would probably say you're airing them out too much, not that it hurts the cakes but its redundant to do so
