happy and sad

i have a theory that everyone is always both happy and sad, never just one or the other.

each person has both happiness and sadness in their soul. they are usually only in touch with of one or the other, but that is because the ego is only ever conscious of small portions.

when someone says 'i'm a sad person' or 'i'm a happy person' i always think, that person doesn't know themself very well.

what do you think?
