GLOVE BOX & TERRIUM QUESTION

In creating a glove box, should i have the fan i am going to atach to it create a vaccume or not? I would also like to receive some pictures of your home made glove box and humidified terriums if possable. Visuals work best for me, and I'd like to make sure my set up is uniformed in concept along side of every one elses... Thanks a lot!

Here are some pics of my glove box. The black things that the gloves are glued to I found at lowes for 75 cents or something. They were in the plumbing section. I glued Micron magic filter discs to some holes I mesed up on.(the Plastic was very brittle and when I tried to cut it and it cracked.) The gloves are 13 length large size wich were the biggest I could find and were pretty thick.

What do you mean by vaccum. From what i understand you want positive pressure inside the box to keep out contams. A vaccum would suck contams in which kinda defeats the purpose.

Here's a pic of my little box. Filtered air is blown in thru 1/2 inch hoses at the sides. You want either positive pressure or dead air. All a vacuum will do is suck in contaminates.
