Elle,

If I didn't exercise, I'd be eating 6mg/day of klonopin and crying about how life sucks.

Now I puffed back up after lifting again and I feel great. I can't even fathom how I lived through the months from my car accident to last week.

It does so much for your mind/body/soul, so keep it up, you'll thank yourself later.
