I was brought to my attention that I'm a bigger asshole than I relize. I hate polls, so this is a poll without polls. You can vote if you want me to stay, or just stop posting here. I encourage all those who think I'm an asshole to say something...it doesnt really matter how many want me to stay, more important is how many want me to leave...

I'm thinking I'm just pretty sick of being called an asshole. I hate drama but I dont let things go well, I feel the need to prove myself. Its just not worth it anymore..

The questions arent do I know my shit. I know I try my hardest to be as informed and accurate with every post. This isnt my concern. My concern is peoples feelings toward me. My information has been passed on to newbies at this point and others can carry on if all I provided was info. And I wouldnt delete my posts leaving it all there.

However if I'm just jumping on all the newbies and being arrogant in my threads, I'm not doing any good being here, others would spread the information better.

Captain you are the ass. Do as many jars as you like some will finish before others, some might get halfway colonized. He posted the information he has from X amount of time growing. Which is most likley longer than you. Ohh wait i don no how to spel rit sory.

Scats kool with me, has always shown that he knows what hes talking about. from what ive seen here and in that thread scat was not ascting all that horrible especially if you compare him to someone like tahoe. I think Captain was just being a whiny girl with sand in her vagina.

I have changed it in fact. Note some of older ratings, alot mention me being an asshole...far fewer recently. And I am not whinning. I am asking. I am asking because I cant change it any farther. I wasnt thinking negativly at all toward you or your post and apparently without relizing it, I was arrogant, both you and Valis seem to think so. You I couldnt care less about, but when someone who I've rated 5 shrooms, out of respect, says I was being arrogant...something is wrong. I dont believe I can be any less of an asshole and still provide all the information that I do so my only option is to stop posting, except for a possible yes or no.

Personally I think you're both being immature.  I know and respect Scat as a member of the community, and am aware that sometimes he refuses to let go of a point, sometimes to an excessive degree.  But it doesn't matter.  Captain, engaging in a flame war just for the sake of proving that you might know what you're talking about isn't any better.

Scat should stay, Capt should stay, both of you relax the hell out and let it go.  :thumbup:

Scat, I don't post much but I read a lot. And you give some really great info. If you feel you should leave, there are some other mushroom communities online that would appreciate your membership and experiences. This isn't the only site. Hope you make a decision you feel comfortable with. Peace 2 U! As far as that thread, that captain sounds inexperienced and just impatient for his jars to finish colonizing. I don't think you were out of line or arrogant in any way and shouldn't let someone make you feel like you should leave. So do what makes you feel best about yourself. :smile:
