where is psilocybe cultivation legal?

Hey guys,

Where in the world is it legal to grow shrooms professionally?  Know that in Amsterdam you can buy pot and psilocybes in coffee shops; are there growers there just producing commercial amounts of psilocybin?  Are there restrictions associated with this?  Are there other places in the world where there is a similar situation?

In other words, is there Heaven on Earth? :mushroom2:

almost oll of the smartshops get there shrooms from this company:

im hearing that there is a way bigger demand for shrooms then this company can offer so i suspect some restrictions are in place...

there dont seem to be any for home growers though...
for weed there is a maximum of 10 plants, 5 if u use a lamp...
but since the home growing of shrooms isnt a very popular thing here i dont think they ever bothered to set up any guidelines...

Alot of Euporean countries. UK, but I think they're trying to change that. Probably all over Europe too...check out magicmushroomforum.co.uk

yeah but the word illegal means a different thing in just about every situation...

commercial cultivating of weed is outlawed, but an amateur is allowed to grow at home according to these guidelines:

Dutch. I found another site saying if they find you with 5 plants or less they will take no legal action but confiscate your equipment. Says you can posess up to 5g, I remember it used to be 30g

ok well im to stoned for a translation but the geste of it is this:
theres a bunch of stuff about posession but the interesting stuff is this:
up to 5 plants = u wont be prosecuted provided u dont protest the cops confescating ure growing equiptment and plants.
5 to 10 plants = a 23 euro fine per plant
10 to 100 = 57 euro fine and/or half day in prison per plant.
100 to 1000 = 2 - 6 months + max 11.350 euros
1000+ = 6 months - 2 years + max 11.350 euros

and then theres a table for how professional ure setup is.
if ure using sunlight etc u should be able to get away with 10 plants without getting fined.

in any case theyll need a reason to knock on your door first, and without a warrent theyll be needing your permission...

so unless ure getting realy high energy bills all of a sudden and ure stingking up the neigborhood with your faulty filtering system no1 is gonna care much about it realy...
