my friend liquified cocain and injected it into himself, he poked it in like 9 different vains and he got like red bumps all over

Did your friend practice sterile technique? Infected track marks are
nasty business. He should see a doctor for some antibiotics.

Personally I choose not to inject myself with needles because of the risk of diseases. I'v done my share of work though. Red bumps are not a good thing to get from track marks he should have that looked at.
