Temp for pouring agar?

Hi :) What temperature can i pour agar at that *wont* make condensation happen on the lids of the dishes? HQ and her jackal poured almost directly after the pc was brought down to 0 pressure, and it caused some plates to have condensation, even when stacking them on top of each other (so only the top one would get it). not a big deal; she's storing upside down and has just a little- but it would be nice to have plates that are seethru on both sides.
