I find it suspicious that they guarantee enlightnement in a certain ammount of time. Also:

"Mukti diksha (or just ?Diksha?) = the real enlightenment diksha, as all the people that are going through the 21 days process get initiated to give to others. No matter if they get enlightened themselves or not during the 21 day process they can give this diksha to others."

This comment is highly suspicious. How can one give Diksha, if they have not realized themselves through that process? Knowone can guarantee enlightenment to anyone, and its impossible to get it in 21 days, it requires at least a lifetimes commitment. This sounds like a cheap marketing ploy to me.

Also there description of meditation is extremly short and vague, then they spill a load of yoga techniques in the mix to make it sound appealing and authentic.

There is more i can comment on, but i dont want to completly discredit something i know very little about. Who knows, you may find some benefit in it? But dont expect to get enlightnement in 21 days, becuase it aint gonna happen!

Yeah, it does sound a little far fetched.

bring in a good attitude and share that- the progress you make is your own.

people conspire to meet and learn, some can teach, but the heart of it is what you want to work with.

I guess if you go shopping you can try to evaluate the merchandise etc. but once you buy, make what use you can of what is there.
