Are there any gourmet/medicinal mushrooms that do well on dung?

many gourmets are grown on composted manure and straw, with other supplements added as well.

most of these composts use turkey or chicken manure instead of horse or cattle.

coprinus comatus will do great on horse or cattle dung. there may be others as well, that prefer this dung.
