Hello all! I just started a new gourmet mushroom forum. Lots of info on the web about cubes and all but I wanted a forum Just for eddibles. It's one of those freebies but is quite nice for one of them. Just started it tonight so there isn't much action there yet but with your help we could start to get it going. Check it out at: http://www.asp-dev.com/freeforum5/default.asp?board_id=1010 Mushrooms.....Gotta loveum: Bill Slone

Cool! I think it might pick up a bit if you can get the word out--maybe get your link posted at other general mycology sites which don't have discussion boards, in exchange for you link to them. Will your site support photos? That would be useful for people w/ ID questions or cultivation problems. Maybe add a "recipes" section? Anyway, best of luck with your new site.

Yeah, you might try posting a link in alt.nature.mushrooms too. Though it would be best to avoid mention of magic mushrooms in that NG. Those folks are mostly interested in the edible and more unusual looking mushrooms.

yeah! when people find out that i have an interest in shrooms, they automaticly think I'm into magic ones. it would be nice to be able to offer them two or three species of edibles to dispell those kind of thoughts.
